Journey in to self: Children at Buckingham embark on a journey into knowledge and spiritual discovery of oneself through a process called education. Buckingham was founded on 10th September 2006 by Mrs. Shyamala Fernando with only 40 students and 7 teachers at St. James street, Colombo – 15. Through sheer team work and commitment of both administrative and academic staff, today is proud to announce that there are a total of nearly 250 students, and 20 teachers.
